Job description

FuelSave (FS) is a real-time data science company that performs analysis for driving optimization. FS provides a mobile app that fits the truck driver's cockpit and performs everyday training on the job. With FS technology, trucking companies can reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions by up to 20%, thus increasing efficiency and reducing hazardous gas emissions.

We're looking for a key operative contact for all operational related aspects that can be able to drive continuous improvement on service level and customer loyalty (operations related), while securing proper efficiency. The CSR is also the 1st line of Fuelsave’s Customer care.


THE ROLE

You will be:

  • Responsible for managing all assigned customer’s operational relationships
  • Responsible of the On-boarding and Training planning
  • Responsible to capture the external and internal issues into the tiered ticketing system and process
  • The driver for the installations forecast, analysis and accuracy improvement
  • A contributor for Customer reporting and up-selling
  • In charge of Invoicing and controlling

Requirements

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You must have:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative B2B
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Education: preferably Business Administration
