Job description

FuelSave (FS) is a real-time data science company that performs analysis for driving optimization. FS provides a mobile app that fits the truck driver's cockpit and performs everyday training on the job. With FS technology, trucking companies can reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions by up to 20%, thus increasing efficiency and reducing hazardous gas emissions.

We are looking for a key person to coordinate and execute procurement purchase to payment & supplier management processes and coordinate material and resources allocation. Work with business partners to establish viable, cost effective, and strategic sourcing objectives for materials, equipment and technical services

THE ROLE

You will be focused on 2 areas:

  • Procurement
    • Supplier relationship management
    • Research and negotiation
    • Contract execution and follow-up
  • Supplier management
    • Work with business partners to establish viable, cost effective, and strategic sourcing objectives for materials, equipment and technical services (installations and maintenance)
    • Service outsourcers identification, selections and performance follow-up – contract execution and follow-up (SLAs)
    • Enable the business to win, bringing external partners with value addition via savings, innovation, improved efficiencies
    • Making any required adjustments or changes to existing relationships / contracts in order to reflect the business reality and needs
    • Supply management (purchase requests, delivery receipts)
    • Secure materials sourcing logistics & warehousing (delivery receipts, client warehousing, pick and drop, etc…)

Requirements

You must have:

  • Previous experience in Supply Chain Operations field, preferably in supplier management or procurement
  • Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or other similar
  • Familiarity with ERPs systems, practices, and Google Apps
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitasking, prioritize, and manage time effectively
